<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance film type touch panel capable of realizing high resolution and high accuracy at low cost and detecting coordinate positions of two or more positions. <P>SOLUTION: A resistance film type touch panel 1 includes a first panel 11 shown in Fig. 2 and a second panel 12 shown in Fig. 3. Each panel includes plural rectangular transparent electrodes aligned in a matrix. Each transparent electrode of the first panel 11 has an electrode pair for applying a voltage in a row direction. The electrode pair is connected in parallel to another electrode pair belonging to the same row. Each transparent electrode of the second panel 12 has an electrode pair for applying a voltage in a column direction. The electrode pair is connected in parallel to another electrode pair belonging to the same column. Each electrode row shown in Fig. 2 is applied with a voltage, and an x-coordinate is detected from the distribution of resistance values of the transparent electrodes in the same electrode row. Each electrode column shown in Fig. 3 is applied with a voltage, and a y-coordinate is detected from the distribution of resistance values of the transparent electrodes in the same electrode column. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
