<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyed object usable for bread making and capable of preventing overbaking of dough. <P>SOLUTION: A bread oven 2 which is the conveyed object includes a lateral pair of handle parts 31 placed on a conveying means of a continuous automatic rice cooker. A first placing plate part 71 and a second placing plate part 72 are provided between the lateral pair of handle parts 31, and the dough (a) is placed on each of the placing plate parts 71, 72. The bread oven 2 includes a bottom plate part 43 directly heated by a heating means.
