<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for oil-water separation of a shaft sealing device for a submerged motor pump that can attain miniaturization and cost reduction of the submerged motor pump and very easily cope with an existing submerged motor pump by adding a moisture removing function of oil-water separation to the submerged motor pump itself without separately providing an oil-water separator concerning the intrusion of moisture into an oil chamber due to the long-term use of the submerged motor pump. <P>SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for oil-water separation of the shaft sealing device for the submerged motor pump include a double type shaft sealing device 7 taking charge of sealing in the oil chamber 9 interposed between a pump part 2 of the submerged motor pump and a motor part 1 and filled with lubricating oil 9o; a cylindrical wall body 15 circulating and supplying the lubricating oil 9o to the double type shaft sealing device 7; and a water absorbent 21 disposed on a lower wall surface in the oil chamber 9 outside a shielding ring 20, thereby providing a function of removing moisture while performing oil-water separation of moisture filled in the oil chamber 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
