<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality developer carrier which has a high charge-imparting property and of which charge-imparting property is excellent even in the second half of the duration. <P>SOLUTION: In a high quality developer carrier, a developer carrier 1 includes a surface layer 4 containing a block copolymer with a specific structure, and therefore a high charge-imparting property is realized even under a high temperature and high humidity environment and a high charge amount can be imparted stably to a developer in durable use of multiple sheets.
