A liner for renovating underground pipes such as sewer pipes, which liner comprises an inner part comprising a layer of web material of radially and longitudinally oriented fibres. Furthermore, the liner comprises an intermediate part comprising a layer of randomly oriented fibres, which intermediate part encircles the inner part, and an outer part comprising a layer of web material of radially and longitudinally oriented fibres, which outer part encircles the intermediate part, the inner part, intermediate part and outer part being resin impregnated or resin impregnable, each of the inner part, intermediate part and outer part are folded to a tubular shape by defining overlapping opposing first and second longitudinal edge sections. |
