#CMT# #/CMT# The arrangement has inverter (3) that produces single-phase alternating current (AC) current. Secondary windings (421,422) of transformer (4) are arranged so as to produce same magnetic flux during operation of transformer so that identical voltages are tapped at secondary windings. A terminal of secondary windings is connected at point (K1) connected to neutral conductor terminal.
