<p>The present invention aims to provide a food waste disposing apparatus capable of being attached to a sink and increasing efficiency of drying food waste. The apparatus includes: a case which communicates with a drainage pipe and includes a door formed on a front side thereof; multiple drying racks in the shape of a sieve which are installed to the top and bottom inside the case and allow food waste to be placed thereon; a heater which is installed in the case and supplies a heat source for drying the food waste; an exhaust duct which is installed on an upper portion of an inner side of the case, collects bad odor of the food waste, and discharges the bad odor; a drainage duct which is installed on an lower portion of the inner side of the case and discharges condensate of the food waste to the outside; a ventilator which is installed on an inlet of the exhaust duct, makes external air enter into the case through an air inlet formed on the door, and makes the bad odor of the food waste enter into the exhaust duct; and an inclined plate which is installed under the drying racks and is formed to be inclined toward the drainage duct in order to guide the condensate of the food waste, moved down by gravity, to the drainage duct.</p> |
