PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of measuring accuracy of a current which flows in a local portion of a cell of a fuel battery, caused by influences of an induction electromotive voltage in the case where a high-frequency AC signal is superimposed on the fuel battery.SOLUTION: A voltage detection section 103 for potential difference detection is connected to a first via hole 101b which connects a first electrode 111 and a first resistor 131 via first potential difference detection wiring 104, and electrically connected to a second via hole 101c which connects a second electrode 121 and a second resistor 141 via second potential difference detection wiring 105. Each of the first potential difference detection wiring 104 and the second potential difference detection wiring 105 is formed in such a manner that portions to be piled with the resistors 131 and 141 in watching a measuring section aggregate plate 100a from a laminating direction of at least a cell 10a becomes orthogonal to a flowing direction of a current that flows in the resistors 131 and 141. |
