PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module, capable of cancelling a bend caused by the thermal expansion coefficient of glass plates for holding a solar cell element between them.
SOLUTION: A resin sheet 3 crosslinked by heating is superposed on the surface of a substrate 1 on which the solar cell element is formed and a transparent cover member 2 is superposed on it, after this, the resin sheet is brought into a half crosslinked state by heating and deairing the substrate 1, the resin sheet 3, and the transparent cover member 2 in the superposed state to temporarily bond the substrate to the transparent cover member, and the laminate in this temporarily bonded state is brought back into a room temperature. Since the bend is caused in the laminate under this state, the bend is corrected. The laminate in this corrected state is heated to completely crosslink the half-crosslinked resin.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
|
