<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a heater for heating a yarn fed by a yarn feed roller. <P>SOLUTION: A heat insulating box 13 includes a heat insulating space 21 having a godet roller 11 and a separate roller 12 disposed therein and each including a heater 15, and a communicating space 22 which is provided above the heat insulating space 21 and divided from the heat insulating space 21 by a wall 23. A yarn Y spun from a spinning machine passes through a slit 25a in an upper wall 13c of the heat insulating box 13, the communicating space 22 and a slit 24a in the wall 23, and enters the heat insulating space 21. Then, after being fed around the rollers 11 and 12 a plurality of times, the yarn Y passes through a slit 24b in the wall 23, the communicating space 22 and a slit 25b in the upper wall 13c, and goes out of the heat insulating space 21 to the outside of the heat insulating box 13. Meanwhile, part of air, which flows out of the heat insulating space 21 through the slit 24b due to an accompanying flow generated around the traveling yarn Y, returns to the heat insulating space 21 through the communicating space 22 and the slit 24a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
