<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a norbornene resin slurry with superior performances and high quality, which is used for molding an outer package of a resin mold type capacitor used for various electronic equipment or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The norbornene resin slurry is obtained by mixing surface-processed inorganic filler with a norbornene monomer and has the concentration of inorganic filler of 50 wt.% or more and the viscosity of 5,000 mPa s or less. Since the slurry with such a composition does not cause sedimentation of the inorganic filler even if being left for a long time, the control and handling are extremely facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
