<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission gear of a manual transmission in which a sleeve tooth at a mating side abuts on a protruding part by forming the protruding part which slightly protrudes from a tooth bottom face of a dog clutch tooth. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission gear is characterized in that: a cone, a flange, a dog clutch tooth row, tooth root faces of these items and a helical tooth row are concentrically and integrally molded from the inside to the external peripheral side by hot forging and cold forging, and the protruding part is formed so as to protrude from the tooth bottom face whiled being shifted to the flange on the tooth bottom face of the dog clutch tooth row. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
