<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package of a powder composition capable of consistently preserving the powder composition which contains oily component containing at least one kind of functional oily component, and forming an emulsified dispersed substance when being added to a phase of an aqueous medium without coagulation of powder or degeneration of the functional oily component. <P>SOLUTION: The package comprises (a) the oily component containing at least one kind of the functional oily component, (b) a sucrose fatty acid ester and/or a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and (c) a phospholipid, and a powder composition obtained by drying an emulsion composition in which the composition ratio of (b) is equal to or larger than that of (c) is sealed in a packaging material of oxygen gas transmission rate of ≤50 mL/m<SP>2</SP>atm day and the water vapor permeability of ≤40 g/m<SP>2</SP>day under the coexistence of deoxydant and desiccant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
