<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable seal to be performed simply and workably without employing a shutter device and a sealing plug in sealing method of a branch joint after electrically fusing or thermally fusing a branch pipe to a gas pipe made of thermoplastic resin with larger bore and next perforating on the gas pipe through the branch joint. <P>SOLUTION: This invention comprises step of being attached with an O-ring 16 in a hole saw 15 and step of pulling out the hole saw 15 within a trunk 12 of the joint 14 after perforating the gas pipe 1 and step of sealing by bringing the O-ring 16 into contact with inner peripheral surface of the trunk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
