<p>Proline and a mixture of amino acids comprising serine, isoleucine, and glutamine mixed with the proline in the present invention have excellent collagen biosynthesis promoting activity and MMP-1 inhibitory activity. Therefore, the proline and the mixture of amino acids comprising serine, isoleucine, and glutamine mixed with the proline are useful as active ingredients for cosmetics or food for inhibiting wrinkle formation and improving wrinkles.</p> |
