摘要 <p>The present invention relates to salted seafood that can be distributed for a long period of time and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: the method to extend a distribution period using Dendropanax morbiferus and Sparassis crispa; and the salted seafood such as salted crabs, salted shrimps, and salted abalone that can be distributed for a long period of time and is manufactured by the same method. According to the present invention, the method is characterized in that seasoning soy sauce including extracts of Dendropanax morbiferus and Sparassis crispa is used. According to the present invention, seafood which has low salt content and can be distrusted for a long period of time can be manufactured without using expensive Phellinus linteus. Salted crabs, salted shrimps, and salted abalone, manufactured by the method of the present invention, can maintain original taste and flavor by antibacterial properties of Dendropanax morbiferus and Sparassis crispa while having low salt content.</p>
