The present invention relates to a rear spoiler of a vehicle mounted with an emergency tripod on a rear spoiler to enable a high mount stop light (HMSL) equipped on the rear spoiler of the back of the vehicle to be used with the emergency tripod in two or more ways. The present invention comprises: a guide groove formed on the rear spoiler of the vehicle; a left and right side tripod frame disposed on the same position as the rear spoiler normally, but sliding to the inner side along the emergency guide groove, protruded to an upper portion of the spoiler to form the emergency tripod in an emergency; a locking unit installed in the rear spoiler to lock and unlock the operation of the left and right side tripod frame; and a switch terminal connected while the left and right side tripod frame operates to switch a tripod frame. A space where the emergency tripod is stored within the vehicle can be reduced and a secondary car accident can be prevented since the vehicle is tall, and the vehicle can immediately be installed.
