The present invention is to manufacture a functional textile product by obtaining a functional textile material by a method including: supporting a tourmaline carrier radiating/emitting a large amount of a far infrared ray and an anion by an oxidation of hydrogen generated by electrolyzing moisture or water around at a room temperature, in a noble metal catalyst solution such as copper, silver, platinum; pulverizing the tourmaline catalyst body undergone drying, oxidation-reduction, cooling processes into a size of 1μm-3μm; mixing the resultant powder with a dye to obtain a functional dye or pigment; and applying the dye or pigment to a spinning process to obtain functional yarn; and obtaining a textile material by weaving, or dyeing, printing, or coating on the textile material.
