A heating press which fits a workpiece heated between a press area and a flexible sheet by adding atmospheric pressure to two spaces divided by the flexible sheet which is faced and arranged with the press area having flexible sheet. A cover sheet prevents content which is spilled from the workpiece from being attached to the flexible sheet. The cover sheet comprises; a sheet unit having flexibility; and a frame unit which is attached to the edge of the sheet unit and maintains the shape of the sheet unit as a plane shape.
