<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form display control apparatus or the like in which, while maintaining confidentiality for contents described in items of a document in each stage of a workflow, even when the same person deals with the workflow in various manners, the person is properly authorized, which can be achieved simply and with suppressed development costs. <P>SOLUTION: A server (1) confirms an attribute of a user for a business form specified by a business form management file based on the business form management file containing an ID of a current approver set in accordance with an instruction of an approval route and an ID of an applicant, and an ID of the user inputted from a client, and (2) displays on the client a business form screen in a state where current description contents are inputted in description items and each of the description items is controlled by a management authority corresponding to the confirmed attribute based on the confirmed attribute, the business form management file, a business form model management file and a security management file for each item. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
