<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve, capable of effectively attaining improvement in flow control accuracy and increase in a controllable flow rate/reduction in pressure loss at a small flow rate under one-directional flow of fluid (refrigerant). <P>SOLUTION: A first valve port 22a with small opening diameter is opened/closed by a needle valve element 44, and a second valve port 23a with large opening diameter is opened/closed by a poppet valve element 45. Until a valve shaft 25 is raised from a bottom position to a predetermined position, a large flow control state is taken to linearly control the flow rate (opening) of the second valve port 23 by the poppet valve element 45 while closing the first valve port 22a by the needle valve element 44, and when the valve shaft 25 is further raised from the predetermined position, a small flow control state is taken to linearly control the flow rate (opening) of the first valve port 22a by the needle valve element 44 while closing the second valve port 23a by the poppet valve element 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
