<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine generator capable of preventing standby battery voltage deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: An engine generator includes: a generator for generating an electric power to be supplied to a load; an engine for driving the generator; a battery for serving as a power source for an engine starter and a power source for a controller; and a generator for charging battery driven by the engine. The terminal of the battery is connected to an external charging circuit for charging the battery from the outside of the engine generator; the external charging circuit is provided with a circuit breaker for cutting off the external charging circuit when the electric current flowing across the external charging circuit exceeds the prescribed electric current permissible value; and a terminal for connecting external power supply is provided with the external charging circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
