<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature rise inside a device due to the temperature rise in a section, due to papers not passing through, and thermal deterioration in device-structuring members, in an electromagnetic induction heating type heating device for heating a member to be heated. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating type heating device includes a magnetic flux generating means 3 for generating alternating magnetic flux; a heater 1 to be heated by the alternating magnetic flux, in which at least one part 1a is formed from a magnetic adjusting alloy adjusted to a predetermined temperature in the Curie temperature and to heat a heated material P; a current supply means 116A for supplying the high-frequency current to the means 3; a constant-current control means 116A for performing the constant-current control to the current to be supplied to the means 3; a frequency control means 116C for variably controlling the frequency of the current to be supplied to the means 3; a detecting means 12 for detecting that the temperature of the heater 12 is the curie temperature or more; and a device control means 104.
