In a method of forming an electrode of a solar cell by successively stacking a ohmic electrode layer, a seed metal layer, and a plating layer on the light receiving surface of a photoelectric conversion device layer, a method of forming an electrode of a solar cell includes a step of closely arranging masking balls on the upper surface of a photoelectric conversion device layer; a step of depositing an ohmic electrode layer and a seed metal layer; a step of forming a plating layer; and a step of removing the masking ball, and an electric structure of a solar cell where the vertical section of an electrode formed by the method is upward and tapered. The method of forming an electrode of a solar cell can save process time and costs by omitting repeat photolithography, etch, and deposition processes. The electrode structure induces incident sunlight in an upper direction to a photoelectric device layer, thereby improving photoelectric conversion efficiency.
|
