An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting element with which is formed on the substrate and includes an organic layer including at least a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic light emitting layer; a planarization layer formed on the organic light emitting element and contains organic materials; a thin-film encapsulation layer which is formed on the planarization layer and includes at least one inorganic film including inorganic low-temperature viscosity transition (LVT) materials; and an intermediate layer arranged between the planarization layer and the thin-film encapsulation layer.
