<p>The disclosed n-type diffusion layer-forming composition contains a dispersion medium and a glass powder that includes a donor element. The glass powder contains a donor element-containing material and a glass component material. The content ratio of the donor element-containing material in the glass powder is 1 - 80 mass%, inclusive. By coating with the n-type diffusion layer-forming composition and conducting a heat diffusion treatment, an n-type diffusion layer and a solar cell component with an n-type diffusion layer can be produced.</p> |
