<p>The present invention relates to a method for detecting a target substance based on conjugated polyelectrolyte and an aptamer probe using a two-step (FRET), and to a fluorescence sensor. According to the present invention, the target substance can be detected at a level as low as nM; fluorescent signals can be subtly adjusted by adjusting the length of the aptamer probe and the density the conjugated polyelectrolyte; a dynamic range of detecting the target substance is widened; and limit of detecting the target substance is improved.</p> |
