The present invention relates to a device for removing rust, and to an air supplying apparatus for a water treatment equipment. The device for removing rust can remove rust in the middle of an air supplying pipe in order to prevent rust particles, generated in the air supplying pipe connected to an air diffuser installed to supply air to a treatment tank for water treatment, from entering the air diffuser. According to the present invention, the device for removing rust includes: a rust collection pipe which is joined with a joining hole arranged in the middle of the air supplying pipe for transferring air to the air diffuser installed in the treatment tank of the water treatment equipment; a magnet which provides magnetic force to the inside of the rust collection pipe in order to collect the rust particles, which are generated in the air supplying pipe, move with air to the air diffuser, and then enter into the rust collection pipe through the joining hole; and an open/close valve installed on the rust collection pipe in order to open and close an outlet arranged on a lower end portion of the rust collection pipe to discharge the rust having entered into the rust collection pipe to the outside.
