The present invention relates to a stair nonslip portion for constructing an apartment house which enables a nonslip portion to be formed by stacking to easily form a bent step and a cutting groove, and to conveniently and promptly clean foreign substance stuck in the cutting groove. The stair nonslip portion for constructing an apartment house forms a cutting groove (22) having bent steps (22a, 22b) respectively formed at both end portions in a predetermined depth from the upper end portion of a groove plate (20); forms T-shaped burying anchors (24a, 24b) on a lower end portion of the groove plate (20); installs an interval plate (30) stacked among the groove plate (20) and the upper end portion of the groove plate (20) by aligning them in the same height; forms a protruding boss (26) and a coupling groove (36) on a close contact surface of the groove plate (20) and the interval plate (30); couples the groove plate (20), the interval plate (30), and a front plate (40) stacked in a side direction by a rivet (50); forms a horizontal extension unit (42) on an upper end portion of the front plate (40); forms C-shaped coupling grooves (45, 46) on a corner portion of the horizontal extension unit (42) and a lower end portion of the front plate (40); forms a rivet head storage chamber (62) between a rivet cover (60) and the front plate (40) forming a same flat surface with a surface of a kick plate (70); and forms C-shaped ribs (65, 66) respectively fitted into the C-shaped coupling grooves (45, 46) to couple the rivet cover (60) to the front plate (40) on the rivet cover (60). |
