<p>The present invention relates to a ceramic backing material for welding and a welding method using the same. Provided is a ceramic backing material used to weld multiple base materials with a thickness difference therebetween comprises: a cutting surface having a step height from the top surface of the ceramic backing material; and a round processing part connecting the cutting surface and the top surface, wherein the round processing part is closely arranged on a stepped portion between mutually butted base materials having a step height between the back sides thereof by the thickness difference. According to the present invention, an overlap is not generated on a back-side welding bead, so a step height can be removed to improve welding quality, thereby allowing an additional welding work to be excluded to save costs, manpower, and time.</p> |
