A jig for an inline loading apparatus comprises: a jig for an inline loading apparatus for industrial CT; and a sensor which has the same central axis on the bottom of the jig, sets two virtual circles with a different diameter from each other, and is placed in the virtual circles. Therefore, to solve the problems of existing jigs, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a jig for an inline loading apparatus and an aligning method thereof, which places the minimum number of sensors on the two virtual circles in order to align the jig for receiving products for a CT device in a regular position.
