<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out satisfactory part supply even if a carrying object is a relatively lightweight part. <P>SOLUTION: The part supply device 10 includes: a rotary container 12 which receives and scrapes up a plurality of parts 11; a receiving tool 16 which receives the part 11 scraped up and fallen; and a receiving tool moving means 20 which pulls the receiving tool 16 from the inside of the rotary container 12 to the outside of the rotary container 12. The receiving tool moving means 20 includes: a bar-like handle 17 at the top end of which the receiving tool 16 is provided; an axial movement mechanism 21 which moves the handle 17 in the longitudinal direction; an oscillation mechanism 22 which oscillates the handle 17 around the base end of the handle 17; and a handle rotation mechanism 23 which rotates the handle 17 about the longitudinally extending central axis of the handle 17. The receiving tool 16 has a suction hole 16d.
