<p>A base station apparatus including: a reception unit that receives cell information designating a plurality of cells for which reception quality at a mobile station apparatus connected to a serving cell covered by the base station apparatus exceeds a quality; a failure prediction unit that predicts the possibility of occurrence of radio link failure in any of the plurality of cells designated by the cell information; and an execution unit that executes, based on the prediction result of the failure prediction unit, a preparatory procedure with other base station apparatuses respectively covering the plurality of cells designated by the cell information for handover of the mobile station apparatus, when the possibility of occurrence of radio link failure exceeds a reference.</p> |
