<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce discomfort and anxiety due to the fact that a gate is not appropriately opened with an inserted card, even when a vehicle enters in an ETC communication area during card authentication in an on-vehicle device of an automatic toll collection system. <P>SOLUTION: When a signal is received from a processing apparatus on a road side during serial processing for card authentication, a user is notified of warning notification without starting communication with the processing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
