<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having high heat-resistance storability and low-temperature fixability, a manufacturing method of the toner, and developer including the toner. <P>SOLUTION: Toner includes a polyurethane-based resin on the surface of particles containing an amorphous polyester, colorant, and a mold release agent.
