DIAGNOSTIC PRIMER SET OR PEACH ROSETTE MOSAIC VIRUS AND THEIR USE

The present invention provides a primer set for diagnosing the peach rosette mosaic virus and a kit for diagnosing the peach rosette mosaic virus including the same. A primer for diagnosing the peach rosette mosaic virus of the present invention uses a nucleotide sequence that specifically bonds to the virus so that the virus or virus nucleic acid can be diagnosed early with accurate sensitivity even though a minimal quantity of the virus or virus nucleic acid exists. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing the peach rosette mosaic virus. When the method of the present invention is used, detection sensitivity is increased 1,000 times or more compared to a conventional diagnosing method using an antiserum, so that the method can be very usefully used in inspecting imported plants.
