The present invention relates to a motion tracker system with improved accuracy of motion detection and, more specifically, to a motion tracker system including: a reflection target group (100) which is disposed on the hands of a user; an infrared ray stereoscopic camera (200) which detects an infrared ray to be reflected from the reflection target group (100); and a controlling unit (300) which simulates the motion of the hands of the user using the detected infrared ray in a virtual space. The motion tracker system with improved accuracy of motion detection can detect an accurate operation performed by the finger motion of the user clearly. Accordingly, the present invention can implement various motions of the hands such as a button operation or the like in the virtual space.
