The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing a flow by using a dynamic flow distribution, and a computer readable recording medium. The method of processing a flow by using a network device according to an aspect of the present invention includes: (a) determining a module to process the flow among a plurality of modules based on a process cost with respect to the flow of each module of the modules processing the flow; and (b) allocating the process of the flow to the determined module.
