<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic board unit and a game machine, in which a fraudulent act on an electronic board can be effectively prevented and, in the event that a fraudulent act is carried out, the trace of the fraudulent act can be more securely left. <P>SOLUTION: The main control board unit U includes: a bottom case 35a and a top case 35b to cooperate with each other to structure a main control board case 35 including the main control board 34; a sealing seal 41; and a breaking member 51 to break the sealing seal 41.
