<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal capable of re-notifying a user of an incoming call at a suitable timing. <P>SOLUTION: In a portable communication terminal, an incoming call notification control part monitors the state of a mobile phone through a determination part, and monitors the key operation on a key operation part through an operation acceptance part (S22). Upon detecting a key operation as an event (S23: "operation acceptance"), the incoming call notification control part turns off a re-notification flag, and terminates an absence display (S25, S26). The portable communication terminal does not carry out a re-notification at the acceptance of an operation, because it is assumed that a user notices the presence of an unattended incoming call by viewing an absence display, thus, the necessity of re-notification is believed to be declined.
