<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material whose adhesive strength with wallpaper, gypsum board, and putty can be improved by raising affinity with an adhesive by improving building materials themselves instead of providing any adhesive laminate upon the surface of the materials. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition is prepared by blending a thermoplastic resin (A) such as polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, vinyl chloride resin or the like with a granular material containing amylopectin (B) so that the composition ratio of the amylopectin (B) is 5-40 pts.wt to 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic resin (A), for example, the starch granular material such as regular rice, glutinous rice, or cornstarch containing amylopectin (B), and when necessary, containing a processing aid (C) and a compatibilizer (D). An extruded molding has such the thermoplastic resin on an adhesive surface.
