<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a tire capable of accurately assembling a tread to a base tire by precisely positioning the tread held on a holding member. <P>SOLUTION: The tire manufacturing device 1 includes: a drum 38 for supporting the base tire 3; a plurality of holding members 19 extended in the width direction of the tread 7 and holding the tread 7 in a displaceable manner in the width direction from an inner peripheral surface side; a plurality of blocks 15 which have projections 15a entering a groove 7a of the tread 7 and are mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the tread 7; and a plurality of positioning members 16 being a plurality of positioning members that are positioned to face the plurality of blocks 15 and displaceable along a radial direction which have thrust surfaces 90a, 90b engaged with surfaces 17d, 17e of the blocks 15 by displacement in the radial direction and positioning the blocks 15 to the holding members 19 together with the treat 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
