<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal block for a rotary electric machine of which strength is maintained, regardless of a configuration obtained by reducing the number of components as compared with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal block 10 for the rotary electric machine includes a power connector 11 which relays power to the rotary electric machine, a signal connector 13 which relays a rotation angle signal of the rotary electric machine, a fixing metallic collar 14 provided at a pedestal part 12, a bottom plate 20, an inner and outer peripheral rib 16, a radial rib 17, a surface sealing material 18, and positional pins 22, 23. Three power terminal plates 19 of UVW phases are disposed at the power connector 11, a signal pin is disposed at the signal connector 13, and these are integrally molded together with four collars 14 by insert molding. The collars 14 improve the strength of screw connecting parts 21 to fix the terminal block 10 for the rotary electric machine to a case, and furthermore, the inner and outer rib 16 is disposed close to the vicinity of the collars in order to reinforce the peripheries of the collars. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
