<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comb tooth type parking apparatus allowing an automobile to be freely parked within a storage space and allowing the automobile to be stored even if it is a model long in dimension from front wheels to the front end or rear end of an automobile body as long as the total length of the automobile is within an allowable length. <P>SOLUTION: The comb tooth type parking apparatus 1 includes a lift cage 5 provided in a hoistway 3, and shelf pallets 6 provided in a plurality of upper and lower stages along the hoistway 3. The lift cage 5 has a front comb tooth part 15 for placing the front wheels 25, and a rear comb tooth part 16 for placing rear wheels 27. A plurality of comb teeth 18 of the front comb tooth part 15 and a plurality of comb teeth 18 of the rear comb tooth part 16 are formed on the same plane and formed in predetermined length in a longitudinal direction. An entering section 10 is provided with: a front sensor 31 for detecting an automobile 4 projecting forward from the storage space 20; a rear sensor 32 for detecting the automobile 4 projecting backward; and an informing means 33 giving instructions to a driver when the front sensor 31 or the rear sensor 32 detects the automobile 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
