COMPOSITION FOR ROTARY CROSSLINKING MOLDING AND ROTARY CROSSLINKING MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition giving moldings with good surface smoothness and high crosslinking by blending an organic peroxide and an ethylenic polymer with a (dimerized) styrenic compound. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of (A) an organic peroxide such as dicumyl peroxide and (B) an ethylenic polymer such as high density PE is further blended with (C) a compound shown by formula I and/or formula II [R1 and R2 are 1-4C alkyl; R3 is H, 1-9C alkyl.; (n) is an integer of 1-3] to give the objective composition. The blend ratio is 0.3-3 pts.wt. component (A) and 0.1-5 pts. component (C) based on 100 pts. component (B).
