PURPOSE:To easily manufacture foaming resin molded article integrally having structural members and a structure, which is composed of the articles such as a floating green articles or the like. CONSTITUTION:Structural members 14 and 15, each of which consists of one or a plurality of members, are integrally imbedded in a foaming resin molded member 12. At the same time, connecting parts 16, which are some parts of the structural members 14 and 15, are exposed from the foaming resin molded member 12 so as to connect a plurality of foaming resin molded articles 10 with one another by means of the connecting parts 16. In order to realize the state that the structural members 14 and 15 are imbedded in the foaming resin molded member 12 and, at the same time, the connecting parts 16 are exposed, foaming molding is carried out under the condition that each free die 34 is mounted to each connecting part 16. After the molding, the free dies 34 are removed from the obtained molded article. |
