摘要 <p>Disclosed is a glassless stereoscopic image display apparatus. A glassless stereoscopic image display apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention is installed on a front surface of an image panel. The image panel comprises a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form to output images. Each of the pixels consists of sub-pixels with different colors. The glassless stereoscopic image display apparatus comprises a lens part and an optical pattern part. The lens part has convex lenses arranged at every point corresponding to the sub-pixels. The width of the convex lens is less than 130% of the width of the sub-pixels. The optical pattern part is arranged between the lens part and the image panel. The optical pattern part forms an optical pattern such that a right eye line or a left eye line, which passes through the convex lens and moves toward the sub-pixels, is selectively passed or blocked due to binocular disparity. The optical pattern is constituted by pattern units arranged in a matrix form, and each of the pattern units forms a light transmission part for transmitting light or a light shielding part for shielding light. The optical pattern part has at least two pattern units existing at every point corresponding to the convex lens. The stereoscopic image display apparatus according to the present invention can prevent an image blurring phenomenon in conventional lenticular methods. In addition, glassless stereoscopic images can be realized without degradation of resolution even at multiple viewpoints. Moreover, crosstalk can be prevented, and a thinner glassless stereoscopic image display apparatus can be realized compared to conventional parallax barrier methods.</p>
