The present invention aims to provide a microstructure by which nerves can be regenerated more efficiently. The present invention relates to: a multi-channel nerve conduit including phosphate glass fiber coated with a carbon nanotube; and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes the steps of: a) preparing the phosphate glass fiber; b) coating the phosphate glass fiber with the carbon nanotube; c) preparing a porous and biodegradable polymer tube and a porous-biodegradable polymer sheet; and d) inserting the phosphate glass fiber coated with the carbon nanotube in step b) in the porous-biodegradable polymer tube after covering the phosphate glass fiber with the porous-biodegradable polymer sheet.
