The present invention relates to a rainwater management system which connects initial rainwater falling on the surface of the road and the surface of the sidewalk. Particularly, the present invention is to provide a rainwater management system connected with the road and the sidewalk which can generally treat and manage, such as treatment of initial rainwater, permeation into the ground, storage and utilization of the initial rainwater by connecting the initial rainwater falling on the surface of the road and the surface of the sidewalk with each other. In order to achieve the object, the rainwater management system in a structure that the road, the sidewalk and landscape facilities are installed side by side in order comprises: a street inlet installed at the road verge; water permeable pavements which form the sidewalk and allow permeability of rainwater; a filtration tank which is buried under the landscape facilities and has a filtering medium mounted therein for filtering rainwater; a rainwater connection pipe for supplying rainwater from the street inlet to the filtration tank; a storage tank connected with the filtration tank through a treated water supply pipe to store the rainwater filtered from the water permeable pavements and the filtration tank; and a rainwater utilizing means for utilizing the rainwater stored in the storage tank.
