<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which exhibits a high thermal expansion coefficient after heat treatment, specifically, a thermal expansion coefficient of about 100-130×10<SP>-7</SP>/°C, and which is provided with flowability suitable for sealing in a heat treatment process and stable heat resistance for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The high expansion crystalline glass composition contains 50-70% MgO, 1-15% BaO, 8-25% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 8-23% SiO<SB>2</SB>, and >3% and ≤15% P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, in terms of mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
